Plumbing distributor Ferguson, Newport News, VA, has acquired Builders Appliance Center, Englewood, CO, and Ar-Jay Building Products Inc., Cedar Rapids, IA. Terms were not disclosed.
Builders Appliance Center will now operate as BAC Appliance Center, a Ferguson enterprise. The acquisition of the appliance dealer will build on Ferguson's appliance business and complement the other Denver plumbing, lighting and appliance showrooms.
Ar-Jay, a cabinet, lighting and fireplace showroom, will now operate as The Ar-Jay Center, a Ferguson enterprise. The acquisition will expand Ferguson's showroom business.
