Ferguson Fire & Fabrication Acquires National Fire

Deal adds locations in Phoenix and Albuquerque.

Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, a distributor of fire protection systems and a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, has acquired National Fire.

National Fire was founded in 1986 and operates two locations, in Phoenix, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The deal adds to Ferguson Fire & Fabrication’s existing 67 locations and 36 fabrication facilities.
