Private equity firm Eden Capital on July 1 announced its acquisition of MITS, an analytics platform for manufacturers and distributors. The deal joins MITS with sister companies Compass Sales Solutions and Tour de Force.
MITS’ industry-specific analytics platform features customizable dashboards and reports. Combining MITS with Compass Sales Solutions’ product offerings and Tour de Force will will integrate CRM and BI/ analytics into a single platform for existing and new customers, according to the company.

The MITS business intelligence software includes dashboards, reports and scorecards designed to boost productivity and business decision-making. Compass Sales Solutions provides a software suite to the copy and print industry that automates the sales process, provides analytics and aims to improve business efficiencies. Tour de Force provides manufacturers and distributors with a range of tools in customer relationship management, business intelligence and sales force automation.
