Dearborn Mid-West Acquires W&H Systems

Acquired company will join the material handling systems division, rebranded as DMW&H.

Dearborn Mid-West Co., Taylor, MI, has acquired W&H Systems Inc., Carlstadt, NJ, a material handling systems integrator. Terms were not disclosed.

W&H will be integrated into Dearborn Mid-West’s material handling systems division and will collectively be rebranded as DMW&H. Joe Colletti, previously the president of the material handling systems division of Dearborn Mid-West, is the new president of DMW&H.
