Davis-Standard, LLC, Pawcatuck, CT, a manufacturer of plastics and rubber processing equipment, extrusion technology and converting systems, has agreed to acquire Maillefer International Oy of Vantaa, Finland and Ecublens, Switzerland, a provider of wire, cable, pipe and tube production technologies. Terms were not disclosed.
The transaction is scheduled to close in late August or early September.
