Water, sewer and fire protection products distributor Core & Main, St. Louis, MO, has closed on its previously announced agreement to acquire select assets of Maskell Pipe & Supply, Inc., a California-based distributor and fittings fabricator of high-density polyethylene pipe. Maskell Pipe has locations in Corona and Tracy, CA, and Morgantown, WV. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
