Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE:CSL), Scottsdale, Arizona, has announced the acquisition of MicroConnex, Snoqualmie, Washington,a privately held manufacturer of highly engineered microminiature flex circuits and sensors for the Medical and Test & Measurement markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MicroConnex will become part of the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies operating segment.
