Camso, Magog, Quebec, has acquired Stanley Industrial Tires, Dallas, TX. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Camso is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of off-road tires, wheels, rubber tracks and undercarriage systems serving the material handling, construction, agricultural and powersports industries.The acquisition expands Camso's tire service and distribution presence in Texas and Louisiana.
