Boyd Corp., Modesto, CA, has acquired Spec Seals, an Anaheim, CA-based specialty o-ring manufacturer. Terms were not disclosed. The newly acquired business now operates as a specialty sealing division under the Boyd brand.
Spec Seals has locations in Anaheim, CA, and Chicago, IL, helping Boyd bolster its advanced environmental sealing solutions for applications across a variety of industries that include passenger automotive, commercial vehicle, agriculture and construction equipment, medical device, aerospace and various industrial markets.
