Industrial distributor Bolts & Nuts Corp., Chattanooga, TN, has acquired US Nut and Bolts, Louisville, KY. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, which follows the recent opening of a facility in Danville, KY, helps Bolts & Nuts broaden its presence in Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Ohio. The company now serves customers in more than 40 states, as well as Mexico and Europe.
