Beacon Roofing Acquires Eco Insulation Supply

Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN), Herndon, VA, has acquired insulation distributor Eco Insulation Supply, Stamford, CT. Terms were not disclosed.

EIS serves Connecticut, Southern New England and the New York City metropolitan area.

The acquisition will provide new and important geographical reach to Beacon's existing insulation business that grew significantly with Beacon's acquisition of Roofing & Insulation Supply in Dec. 2015.
