Swedish manufacturer Atlas Copco has acquired C.H. Spencer & Co., Salt Lake City, UT, a distributor and service provider of industrial pumps, compressors and related products. Terms were not disclosed.
C.H. Spencer & Co. will become part of Atlas Copco’s compressor technique business area.
