Air Hydro Power Inc., Louisville, KY, has acquired Total Hose Inc., a distributor of hydraulic and industrial hoses and accessories based in Decatur and Huntsville, AL.
Total Hose Inc. currently has two Parker Stores. With the addition of Air Hydro Power’s product lines, Total Hose will have complete automation, hydraulic, pneumatic and hose and fitting offerings.
The acquisition expands Air Hydro Power's Alabama footprint. It already had locations in Birmingham and Montgomery.
“It is our goal to aggressively grow in this region and develop the Total Hose team and integrate the AHP sales force fully in this growth area of Alabama,” said Matt Ott, co-owner of Air Hydro Power.
