AHB Tooling & Machinery Inc., Roseville, MI, has acquired Westbrook Engineering’s new machinery sales division. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands AHB’s range of machinery offerings and expertise. In 2018, AHB will also begin offering full-service web ordering, stock checks and research capabilities to compete with the offerings of larger catalog companies.
