Acuity Brands Inc. (NYSE: AYI), Atlanta, GA, has agreed to acquire Juno Lighting LLC, a unit of Schneider Electric, for $385 million.
Juno Lighting Group is a provider of downlighting and track lighting fixtures for both residential and commercial applications. The company, which had annual sales of $250 million, operates manufacturing facilities in Des Plaines, IL, and Fishers, IN.
