PVF distributor A&B Valve and Piping Systems LLC, Houston, TX, has acquired PVF supplier Wells Supply LLC, Beaumont, TX. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands A&B Valve and Piping Systems' presence in Southeast Texas.
“Our goal is to provide the best PVF materials available on the market; by adding Wells Supply under the A&B Valve umbrella we can better serve customers and ensure we always have the right product at the right price,” said James Spearman, executive vice president of sales.
