Fremont, California- and Clearwater, Florida-based TD SYNNEX reported fiscal 2022 first-quarter revenue of $15.5 billion, up 213.2% from the prior fiscal first quarter “primarily due to the impact of the completion of the merger with Tech Data on September 1, 2021,” the company said.
“We announce our strong fiscal first quarter results, with broad-based positive momentum, amidst a volatile and uncertain time in the world,” said Rich Hume, CEO of TD SYNNEX. “We are thankful for the tremendous efforts and collaboration of our global team and remain committed to supporting humanitarian efforts in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.”
On a sequential basis, revenue decreased 0.9% compared to the prior quarter, the company reported.
