Industrial distributor and manufacturer Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH), Cleveland, Ohio, reported sales for the third quarter of $403.4 million, a 2.6% decrease compared to the same period a year ago. Profit was $12.4 million, down 15.6% from the third quarter of 2018.
For the first nine months, sales were $1.2 billion, down 1.1% over the same period a year ago. Profit was $32 million, down 19.8% from the same period in 2018.
