Kimberly-Clark Corp., Dallas, reported third quarter sales of $4.6 billion, up 1% compared with the third quarter of 2018. Organic sales increased 4%. The company reported third-quarter profit of $680 million, up 48% over the previous year.
For the first nine months sales were down slightly at $13.9 billion. Profit rose 60% to $1.6 billion.
