Swedish manufacturer Atlas Copco (STO: ATCOA, ATCOB), Nacka, Sweden, reported second-quarter sales of SEK 27.5 billion (US$3.2 billion), a 14% increase over the second quarter of 2020.
Profit for the company was SEK 4.6 billion (US$526.8 million), a 46% increase over the prior year.
For the first six months, revenue of SEK 53.6 billion (US$6.2 billion) marked a 9% jump from the same period a year ago. Profit of SEK 8.7 billion (US$1 billion) was up 25%.
