Brady Industries, a Las Vegas-based full-line janitorial supply, equipment and foodservice distributor, this week announced the acquisition of Topmost Chemical & Paper, Memphis, Tennessee. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Founded in 1977 and led by owner Lynn Proffer, pictured right, Topmost distributes janitorial supplies and equipment in the tri-state region of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Proffer, along with Topmost’s tenured staff and sales team, will manage the transition over the coming weeks. The business will remain in its same location near Memphis International Airport.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Topmost team to Brady,” said Travis Brady, president and CEO of Brady. “Our alignment in product selection and end-user segments make perfect sense for us to collaboratively expand our presence in Tennessee and beyond.”
