Brady, Las Vegas, Nevada, a distributor of janitorial supply, equipment and foodservice, on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Campbell Paper in Fort Worth, Texas. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Founded in 1946, Campbell has a long history serving the Dallas/Fort Worth areas distributing janitorial, packaging and office supplies. Jeffrey Bourland bought the company in 2007 and will stay on as general manager of the location.
Brady will continue to operate in the 39,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth.
“We have had a longstanding relationship with Jeff and the Campbell team,” said Travis Brady, president and CEO of Brady. “We are thrilled for them to join Brady and our expanded presence in Texas.”
