Canadian distributor Wajax Corp. (TRX: WJX), reported sales for the third quarter of C$367.4 million (US$297.9 million), a 23.3 percent increase year-over-year. Profit increased 18.4 percent to C$10.3 million (US$7.9 million).
For the first nine months sales were C$1.1 billion (US$84 million) up 15.8 percent over the same period the previous year. Profit was C$32.4 million (US$24.7 million), up 42.1 percent over the same period in 2017.
Wajax also announced the appointment of Anne Bélec to its Board of Directors. Bélec was previously Director at Ford Motor Company.
