Versum Materials Inc. (NYSE: VSM), Tempe, AZ, reported sales for fiscal 2017 of $1.1 billion, an increase of 16.2 percent compared to the same period a year ago. Profit decreased 9 percent to $193 million.
Sales for the fourth quarter were $294.5 million, an 18.6 percent increase year-over-year. Profit decreased 1.3 percent to $44.6 million.
