Sales for the fourth quarter were $206.6 million, down 49.4 percent year-over-year. The company reported a loss of $25.5 million for the quarter, compared to a profit of $16.4 million the prior year.
Industrial and mobile segment sales in the fourth quarter were $171.3 million, down 27 percent year-over-year. Energy and distribution segment sales were down 79.7 percent to $35.3 million.
