Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL). Cedar Rapids, IA, reported sales for the third quarter of $2.1 billion, up 57 percent from the same quarter a year ago. Profit decreased 16.4 percent to $179 million.
For the first nine months, the company reported sales of $4.6 billion, up 21.4 percent from the same period a year ago. Profit decreased 5.4 percent to $492 million.
