Rexnord Corp. (NYSE: RXN), Milwaukee, WI, reported results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended March 31. Fourth-quarter sales rose 14 percent to $575 million, and the company reported a $68 million loss. Sales for its fiscal year rose 8 percent to $2.07 billion; profit was $53 million, compared to $67 million the prior year.
Rexnord said it plans to divest its VAG operations, a segment of its Water Management business that serves global water and wastewater infrastructure end markets.
