Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH), Cleveland, OH, reported sales for the third quarter of $344.6 million, a 13.5 percent increase over the same period a year ago. Profit increased 1.6 percent to $12.4 million.
For the nine month period, sales were $1 billion, up 12.5 percent year over year. Profit increased 1 percent to $34.9 million.
ParkOhio is a provider of supply management services and a manufacturer of highly-engineered products.
