Memphis, TN-based gases and welding supplies distributor nexAir has signed a letter of intent to lease office space for its headquarters in Crosstown Concourse, a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Sears, Roebuck & Co. Crosstown catalog order plant and retail store in Memphis.
With a lease agreement for 33,000 square feet, nexAir will be the largest for-profit tenant at Crosstown Concourse. The company plans to move 65 employees into the space in spring 2017.
