Kimberly-Clark Corp., Dallas, TX, has elected Sherilyn S. McCoy to its board of directors, effective immediately.
McCoy has held global leadership posts at Johnson & Johnson, including worldwide chairman of its pharmaceutical group and head of its consumer business. Most recently, she served as CEO of Avon Products, until retiring earlier this year.
