Jason Industries Names President & COO

Jason Industries Inc., Milwaukee, WI, (Nasdaq:JASN) (Nasdaq:JASNW), parent company to a global family of manufacturers in the seating, finishing, automotive acoustics and components markets, has named Brian Kobylinski as president and chief operating officer, effective April 25.

In this role, Kobylinski will report to CEO Jeffry Quinn and have day-to-day responsibility for the company’s businesses.

Kobylinski previously served as executive vice president, energy segment and China for Actuant Corp., Milwaukee, WI.
