Jason Industries Inc., Milwaukee, WI, (Nasdaq:JASN) (Nasdaq:JASNW), parent company to a global family of manufacturers in the seating, finishing, automotive acoustics and components markets, has named Brian Kobylinski as president and chief executive officer, effective Dec.1.
This appointment is consistent with the company’s planned succession process. Current CEO Jeffry Quinn will remain chairman of the board of directors.
