Honeywell (NYSE: HON), Morris Plains, NJ, said that Olivier Rabiller will continue to lead the company’s Transportation Systems business as president and CEO after it spins into a standalone, publicly traded company by the end of the third quarter.
Honeywell announced the spin-off in October, along with the spin-off of its Honeywell Homes product portfolio and ADI global distribution business into a separate publicly traded company. The Homes spin-off is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Honeywell also appointed Bin Shen president of Honeywell China, effective May 7; he will report to Shane Tedjarati, president of Honeywell Global High Growth Regions.
