Fortive Corp. (NYSE: FTV), Everett, WA, reported sales for 2017 of $6.7 billion, a 6.9 percent increase over the same period a year ago. Profit increased 19.7 percent to $1 billion.
For the fourth quarter, sales were $1.8 billion, up 11 percent year-over-year. Profit increased 63.4 percent to $336.9 million.
