DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE), Houston, TX, reported sales for the third quarter of $251.9 million, an increase of 9.5 percent compared to the same period a year ago. Profit was $2.9 million, compared to $240,000 the prior year.
For the first nine months, sales were $741.2 million, an increase of 0.2 percent compared to the same period a year ago. Profit was $10.2 million compared to $253,000 the prior year.
