Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B), Bristol, CT, reported third-quarter sales of $370 million, up 4 percent compared with the third quarter of 2017. Net income for the quarter was $39.1 million.
The increase was driven by organic sales growth, company leaders said.
Third-quarter sales in Barnes’ Industrial segment rose 2 percent to $244.1 million while Aerospace sales rose 8 percent to $125.7 million.
