Amazon has launched an online storefront featuring discount electronics, apparel and other products entitled “Amazon Haul.”
In a blog post on Nov. 13, Amazon said all items in the Haul selection are priced at $20 or less, with most costing $10 or under, and some as low as $1. Customers can also save 5% on orders over $50 and 10% on orders over $75 by adding more items to the cart.
News reports cited company documentation provided to sellers saying that Amazon intends to ship products to U.S. customers from a warehouse it operates in China. The company said that Haul orders could be delivered within one to two weeks.

“Amazon Haul aims to help make shopping for fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics and other products even more fun, easy and affordable, all backed by Amazon’s A-to-z product guarantee so customers can shop with confidence that the products they’re purchasing are safe, authentic and in the condition expected,” Amazon Vice President of Worldwide Selling Partner Services Dharmesh Mehta said in a Nov. 13 news release. “It’s early days for this experience, and we’ll continue to listen to customers as we refine and expand it in the weeks and months to come.”
The eCommerce giant said the Haul platform is backed by its A-to-z Guarantee, which protects customers on all in-store purchases, whether the items are sold by Amazon or a third-party seller. Amazon offers free returns on purchases over $3 within 15 days of delivery. The new storefront is only available on its shopping app and mobile website.
