European distributor Wolseley plc has decided to explore exit options for its remaining building materials business in France.
In the year ended July 31, Wolseley's French building materials business generated sales of £577 million ($US867.8 million) and trading profit of £7 million ($US10.5 million) and had net assets of approximately £130 million ($US195.4 million).
