Wolseley Industrial Group Acquires Action Automation

Wolseley Industrial Group, Newport News, VA, has acquired Action Automation. The company will operate as Action Automation, a Wolseley Industrial Group company.

In business since 1997 and headquartered in Alsip, IL, Action Automation specializes in providing actuator solutions and services to power utilities, refineries, pipelines, terminals, water and wastewater treatment plants.

The deal expands Wolseley Industrial Group's valve and automation business.

Wolseley Industrial Group is the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., supplying pipe, valves and fittings as well as MRO supplies to industrial customers across North America.
