Wolseley Industrial Canada Inc., Burlington, ON, has acquired the pipe, valve and fitting supply business of Goodman Industrial, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.
The purchase of Goodman enables Wolseley Industrial to expand its PVF supply business, serving the potash industry in Saskatchewan.
“The acquisition of Goodman Industrial strengthens the position of Wolseley Industrial in the Saskatchewan market, and we will continue to foster a customer-first value proposition building on Goodman's long history of service and support,” said Bryn Murray, vice president, Wolseley Industrial Canada.
Goodman will immediately transition its operations to the Wolseley Industrial name, and the team will report to Jason Santha, Saskatchewan branch area manager, Wolseley Industrial. Darrell Tochor, Goodman's president and CEO, will retire.
