WinWholesale Inc., Dayton, OH, has agreed to acquire plumbing, heating and air conditioning products distributor Security Supply, Selkirk, NY. Terms were not disclosed.
Security Supply, with 12 locations in New York, Massachusetts and Vermont, will continue to do business as Security Plumbing & Heating Supply. Kim Willey has been named president.
With the acquisition, WinWholesale now has more than 570 locations in 45 states.
