Winsupply Inc., Dayton, OH, has acquired industrial pipe, valves and fittings distributor K&J Supply, Pensacola, FL.
The acquired company, which serves the Gulf Coast, will now do business as K&J Winsupply. The company has 30 employees in two locations – Pensacola, FL, and Mobile, AL.
“This acquisition gives Winsupply an important footprint in industrial PVF in the Gulf Coast area," said Roland Gordon, president of Winsupply. "We already have four Winsupply plumbing locations in the same area serving commercial and residential contractors from Mobile to Fort Walton Beach, Fla."
