Winsupply Inc., Dayton, OH, has acquired Electrical Sales Inc., Vista, CA, a distributor of electrical materials serving Southern California. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives Winsupply its first electrical distribution location on the west coast.
