HVAC distributor Watsco Inc. (NYSE:WSO), Miami, FL, announced that its Carrier Enterprise business unit, a joint venture between Watsco and Carrier, has paid $63.6 million for 35 percent ownership of Russell Sigler Inc., Tolleson, AZ.
Established in 1950, Russell Sigler is an HVAC distributor with annual sales of $650 million. It operates 30 locations in Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.
