Laboratory products distributor VWR (NASDAQ: VWR), Radnor, PA, has acquired Hichrom Limited, Reading, UK, a manufacturer and distributor of high performance liquid chromatography columns and consumables. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition builds upon VWR's chromatography systems, columns and consumables portfolio and expands its capabilities to better support the HPLC user community across many industries.
