Electronic components distributor TTI Inc., Fort Worth, TX, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, has appointed Scott Slack to senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer. Slack replaces Nick Kypreos, who is retiring after 31 years with TTI.
Effective Feb. 1, Slack will assume direct responsibility for managing TTI’s financial services for North America, Europe and Asia.
