The Timken Co. (NYSE: TKR), North Canton, OH, has awarded new college scholarships to 17 children of Timken associates, the company said.
The scholarships are valued at $540,000 over four years and were given to two current college students and 15 high school seniors.
The scholarships are part of Timken’s Charitable and Educational Fund, founded in 1958, which has awarded more than $24 million in scholarships to deserving students, according to the company.
