The Bossard Group, Switzerland, has acquired Linquan Precision Co. Ltd., a Chinese supplier of fastening solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Suzhou, China-based Linquan Precision generates annual sales of about CHF 8 million (US$ 7.9 million) and has 28 employees. The deal strengthens Bossard’s business in ultra-thin and ultra-light sheet metal fastenings. Linquan Precision serves customers in electronics, telecommunication, data communication, automotive and medical equipment markets, the company said.
