Electrical distributor Stoneway Electric Supply, Spokane, WA, a subsidiary of Crescent Electric Supply Company, has acquired industrial distributor H.D. Campbell Company, Kent, WA. Terms were not disclosed.
Stoneway operates 17 branches in the Pacific Northwest. The transaction closed on August 31.
