Sonepar USA, Charleston, SC, a subsidiary of the privately held France-based Sonepar Group, has named Charles Delph as president of subsidiary, Vallen, effective April 9.
Delph was most recently president of the Americas at Avnet, a global distributor of electronic components and embedded solutions.
